In its Bebek location, you’ll be met with a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the city but away from the crowds, both in its outdoor seating area and indoors. The open kitchen and wooden decor lend the eatery warmth, while the red brick wall in the back is accented with a mirror. Nefaset derives its name from the Turkish word meaning ‘likeability’ and ‘preciousness’. The authentic menu offers 20 different flavours, including a weekend breakfast menu, salads, pastas, main courses and desserts. Dallas chop steak, Nefaset köfte (meat patties) and Nefaset burger are the specialties here, and they pair perfectly with the rich array of drinks like wine varieties, liqueurs, champagne, whisky and cocktails. What we like the most about Nefaset, though, is that the prices – 13-35 TL for main courses, 8-14 TL for pasta dishes and salads – are below the Bebek average.
