Gökçe’s philosophy of minimum intervention shines through in the Lokum Burger named after Nusr-et’s famous lokum, an unbelievably tender cut of beef you won’t find elsewhere. If you’re more of a traditionalist, you can also opt for the Nusr-et Burger, which comes with a perfectly seasoned (and hefty) beef patty.
