Their patrons continue to enjoy the Turkish, Italian and French dishes prepared by Park Şamdan’s skilled chefs. The crème de la crème of Turkey’s population are regulars at Park Şamdan. The restaurant is also one of the first names to come to mind for those with foreign visitors. Among Chef Hüseyin Gürsoy’s recommendations are trotter soup, fish and chicken dishes, but especially the ribs with risotto, lamb chops with basil, Turkish-style vegetables in olive oil; and for the desserts, the kadayıf (oven-baked shredded pastry soaked in syrup) and keşkül (milk pudding with coconut) with almonds. The service in summer is done in Reina and requires a reservation.0
