Time Out says

Open since 1970, Sahan has become a classic Istanbul spot for those who want to enjoy tasty, healthy and not-so-pricey kebabs.

Favourites on the menu which is compiled of dishes from Gaziantep are, among the mezzes, the Gavurdağı (spicy tomato, onion and parsley salad) and ‘dry’ cacık (without water). Among the main courses, babagannuş, Ali Nazik, wrapped beyti and tandoor; and for dessert, künefe are popular choices. Sahan’s Acıbadem branch has been providing service since 1992 while the Caddebostan branch’s garden is perfect for the summer. Sahan’s menu also features Turkish-Ottoman dishes in sauce. All the restaurant’s branches except Bostancı have a home delivery service. Located opposite Trio Konutları in Ataşehir, Sahan Vega, with its enclosed space and winter garden holds 1000 in winter, and with its poolside space and garden, holds up to 1500 people, making it one of the Asian side’s largest restuarants.
