A Nişantaşı fine-dining eatery that’s been around for 30 years, Park Şamdan recently welcomed the birth of its new sibling, Şamdan Mey-hane. Located on the terrace floor of Rixos Pera Istanbul, this meyhane marks restaurateur Ersoy Çetin’s entry into the Turkish-style tavern business. In addition to a spectacular Haliç view, Şamdan Mey-hane offers tasty finds like vine leaves stuffed with artichoke, leek patties and kebap with yogurt as well as Park Şamdan’s signature paça çorbası (cow’s trotters soup).
