Seasons Restaurant

Despite being inside Sultanahmet’s Four Seasons hotel, and having an entirely glass exterior, it is the food which makes Seasons Restaurant most memorable. The menu offers a wide selection of dishes from both international and Turkish cuisines, including Mediterranean and Italian. Coming through the door, the first thing to draw your eye is the Venetian Murano glass chandelier while the wooden shutter over the fireplace is just one example of 18th century Ottoman architecture. On Sundays, brunch is prepared by the chef and his team between 11.30-15.00, and includes the breakfast menu, as well as a seafood buffet, a Mediterranean menu buffet, Turkish specials, Far East corner, pasta-risotto corner, and dessert corner. Furthermore, during summer, brunch also includes a barbecue buffet.
