A new brand started by young entrepreneurs, SO UP aims to challenge our negative perception of fast food with nutritious, all-natural soups. Organic ingredients are combined with creative recipes at their headquarters in Reşitpaşa, then served at their two locations in Beşiktaş and Levent or brought right to your door with the mobile app KapGel. The 250-ml cup is the standard amount you’d be served in a restaurant, while the 400-ml cup is a meal on its own, perfect for when you’re truly ravenous (prices range from 8-15 TL). Two of SO UP’s most popular recipes are their pumpkin soup and their milk and chestnut soup. Owners Eren Mergen and Görkem Gelbal also recommend the roasted eggplant soup and hazelnut-broccoli soup.
