The menu ranges from starters such as jumbo prawns and carpaccio, to main dishes such as Thracian lamb tenderloins and seabass. As for desserts, the banana cake and the chocolate and chestnut cake, are recommended by Executive Chef Mehmet Soykan. With a breathtaking view of the Bosphorus and a terrace that is used during the summer, the StarBoard is open, not only to hotel patrons but also to the general public.
