Prepared by French chef Fabrice Canelle, the Sunset Brasserie menu reads like a compendium of all the dishes you can try at the restaurant. We recommend starting out with a shareable dish like the fresh artichokes sautéed with basil pesto or the octopus carpaccio. The Sunset fillet topped with red wine sauce and served with basil-potato puree has already garnered quite a few fans and is a reason in itself to visit. Pasta fans will also love the tangy calamarata with grilled calamari sauce, orange zest and parmesan.
