Now, the restaurant aims to add lunch hotspot to its list of qualifiers with the Sunset Brasserie concept.
Prepared by French chef Fabrice Canelle, the Sunset Brasserie menu reads like a compendium of all the dishes you can try at the restaurant. We recommend starting out with a shareable dish like the fresh artichokes sautéed with basil pesto or the octopus carpaccio. The Sunset fillet topped with red wine sauce and served with basil-potato puree has already garnered quite a few fans and is a reason in itself to visit. Pasta fans will also love the tangy calamarata with grilled calamari sauce, orange zest and parmesan. Last but not least, a selection from Takemura’s sushi bar is also included in the Sunset Brasserie menu. The next time you want to pamper yourself midday, you know where to go.
