The menu offered by Selami Usta in the following hours of the day comprise of the select dishes from Turkish-Ottoman Cuisine and seafood. They especially recommend Ottoman roast, fish cooked in salt, seabass with vegetables cooked in paper and the olive oil dishes. In Terrace Restaurant, during Fridays and Saturdays, you can also enjoy Turkish and Greek live music with a fix menu. Terrace Restaurant which has the best view in Gümüşsuyu, is a very good alternative for dinner with its central location.
