Tusa & Co. has opened in Caddebostan and they have adopted the principle of presenting different gastronomic cultures of the world. They see food as a common element of all kinds of social interaction, so they have designed the place with an understanding that will celebrate the unity of people. For example, they have established proximity between customers by placing the tables close to each other on the outside. In addition, they formed their own identities by interpreting and blending current food and beverage trends. Korhan Gülsoy, the executive chef of the Mini Eatery in Kadıköy, also heads the kitchen here. They chose Caddebostan because they could find the audience they wanted to address in here.
The star of the menu is the flintstone burger (59 TL) which they make with the bread they prepare in their own workshop in Kadıköy. The ribs cooked for six hours on a heavy fire are placed with the bone between the hamburger bread. Chili cheese & fries (29.50 TL) is another highlight of the menu. Lay the fried cheese on the French fries in a tandoori! An exquisite flavor. With Japanese-style fried cauliflower tempura (29 TL), you discover a creative way to consume this familiar vegetable.
