The traditional Armenian meze topik (pickled bonito fish), olive oil-based dolma, muhammara (hot pepper dip), mussels, Circassian chicken, and dozens of appetizers are uniquely delicious here. Mackerel dolma, dried cod, bonito, salted anchovies, and salmon are our favorites from the seafood selection. You can find a wide range of assorted cheeses like Ezine cheese, Gönen lor (mizithra) cheese, and Trakya kaşar (a medium-hard pale yellow cheese). Among flavors unique to Tuşba enjoy the Anzer honey, Karakovan honey, organic cluster honey from Kaçkarlar, Beluga caviar, roe, and assorted pickles. In the morning and afternoon they prepare sandwiches upon request.
