In business for 15 years, Yüksel Balık is one of the oldest fish restaurants in Yeşilköy Marina, with a second branch, Yüksel 2, located in the same neighbourhood. The fish and meze options are plenty, which helps draw in established figures from the arts and sports scenes. The shrimp and cheese salad, calamari and shrimp, shrimp stew, salt-cured bonito and souffle are extremely popular.
