Operating since 2004, the Culinary Arts Academy of Istanbul (Mutfak Sanatları Akademisi, MSA) is approved by the T.C. Ministry of National Education and is the only international culinary school in Turkey accredited by the international world-renowned City & Guilds, which provides international professional qualification diplomas. In fact last year City & Guilds cited MSA as one of Europe’s best two culinary schools. MSA’s professional training programs were evaluated within “WACS Recognition for Quality Culinary Education” by WACS (World Association of Chefs Societies) and in July of 2011 MSA was official recognized by WACS. With this accreditation MSA has become the only City & Guilds professional training center in the world that is recognized by WACS.
