Palm Springs Modernism Week

Things to do, Walks and tours
Palm Springs Modernism Week
Courtesy Sunnylands. Sunnylands, the former private Annenburg Estate, is part of Palm Springs Modernism Week.

The recently added Fall Edition of Palm Springs Modernism Week offers a variety of unique events for design fiends including a walking tour of Frank Sinatra's old neighborhood, an architectural tour of old Hollwood homes and a modernist art show, featuring 20th Century fine and decorative art from over 45 dealers. Explore unique collections of vintage furniture and art pieces from top suppliers like Gallery 95, Modern 2.0, PCH Modern, Christopher Anthony Planet Glass, Ambianic, and more. Guests will have the opportunity to shop premier contemporary artwork from artists Titia Estes, Heather Rosenman, and Palette Contemporary Art & Craft. Consider this thing the architectural and art lovers equivalent of the area's musical festival–only with better bathrooms. As if that isn't enough to entice you, interior designer Kathryn M. Ireland will host a book signing for the launch of her new book, "Inspired By..." before it hits stores October 13th. A full-list of events and locations is available here
