sCare Foundation’s 2nd annual Halloween Benefit

Join the sCare Foundation for its 2nd annual charity costume ball benefit, which funds programs that help teenagers out of poverty and homelessness. Hosted by the nonprofit’s founder and Halloween movie franchise producer, Malek Akkad, the event will honor actor Malcolm McDowell with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
