Laugh, cry and repeat while screening the diverse films at American Cinematheque’s annual Local Shorts Program at the Egyptian Theatre. You’ll have your heartstrings tugged by a vengeful clown, a lovelorn comic book store clerk and a man who stumbles upon a television that lets him see 15 seconds into the future.
