GORGE “Thanks for Giving” Wine Dinner

GORGE’s latest wine dinner takes on a charitable spirit for the season of giving with a 4-course dinner with wine pairings to benefit The Hospitality Kitchen, which serves meals to LA’s homeless population (over 4,000 per week!). What’s on the menu? –apple soup with crème fraiche, roasted pine nuts and chipotle, a wild mushroom tart, duck confit a l’orange with Valencia orange sauce and potato puree, pumpkin macaroons, and mystery wines in between each course (including dessert wines). And who doesn’t love surprises?
