Ludo Bites TEN

Chef Ludo Lefebvre has taken a bite out of Los Angeles with his heavily hyped pop-up installations, to the point that a reservation lottery via Urban Spoon is your ticket to Ludo Bites TEN at Gram and Papa's in Downtown. A new-age, egalitarian system, parties are randomly selected by a computer followed by text message confirmations. In retrospect of Ludo Bites' earlier pop-ups, Lefebvre will whip up dishes from each of his previous menus. Introducing a charitable aspect to the dining scene, $1 from two different dishes sold will be donated to Cart for A Cause—a food truck that supports St. Vincent Meals on Wheels—now that's eating with a mission.
