Lukshon Wine Maker Dinner

Chef Sang Yoon (of Father's Office fame) will tailor the offerings at his Southeast Asian fine-dining spot, Lukshon, Saturday night to complement selections from Bott Winery. The prix-fixe dinner will highlight the oft-neglected growing regions of Eastern Europe by matching their cuisine with József and Judit Bodó's Hungarian wines, whose roots are more than 1,200 years in the making. Partake in the special menu, served family style, with exquisite pairings like pig ear terrine with "Furmint Bott 2010."
