The Pikey chef is designing inventive dishes for Valentine's Day, including "Lady and the Tramp" long cut spaghetti and meatballs ($20),"Two Love Birds" quail ($32), a dozen oysters paired with champagne or prosecco ($25), and a handful of other lunch and dinner specials for the romantically inclined.
