Peer across the East River at this KCRW-sponsored festival that salutes a musical revolution taking place in Brooklyn and channels inspiration from the New York borough in a week's worth of creative programming. Taking cues from its creative energy and blurred boundaries "between classical and popular, the concert hall and the nightclub," catch genre-bending works from the LA Phil New Music Group, conductor Alan Pierson and guitarist Tyondai Braxtonwho will world premiere new materialon the opening night.
