The Westside abounds with artistic innovation, but admittedly the Eastside’s Silver Lake and Echo Park usually provide LA’s musical scene. The return of the fledgling Venice Music Crawl aims to bridge that gap. Self-described as a “small music project of epic proportions,” the grassroots movement consists of a World Peace Day celebration full of exclusive shows from up-and-coming local bands at venues centered around the neighborhood’s Lincoln Boulevard.
