When it comes to crafting healthy, flavor-packed Mexican food, Downtown L.A. hot spot Chicas Tacos knows just the recipe. After one full year of dishing out its satiating spread of organic, non-GMO fare, the taqueria is ready to ring in its one-year anniversary—fiesta style. Chicas Tacos is throwing its first-ever Baja Market L.A. Food, Beer and Wine festival on June 22 in its own backyard, complete with live music, six wineries, micro breweries, two guest chefs and Bill Esparza who will be signing his new book, L.A. Mexicano. For those who have a hankering for tequila, there will also be tequila and mezcal tastings on offer. With all the featured guests, food and drink, you can bet it'll be a hot ticket.
