Time Out says

Chef Felix Chang and his father brought over sixty years of Szechwan culinary experience to the table when they opened Fu-Shing Chinese restaurant in 1980. A full bar looks out into the dining room, where golden walls and comfy seating make for an inviting atmosphere. Fu-Shing means "fortunate star" in Chinese, and anyone who enjoys one of their delicious menu options is quite fortunate.

The traditional Szechwan Chinese menu at Fu-Shing features all the staples anyone could want, made fresh. Traditional starters like hot and sour soup, egg rolls and steamed dumplings are featured. Many beef, seafood and chicken entrees are available to choose from for dinner. Try the firecracker lamb to be a bit adventurous. Fu-Shing allows you to order entrees in sizes enough for two or four people to share. Now everyone can try a little of everything.
