Kathleen's Restaurant was started in 1982 by Efren Bugarin and Kathleen Meymarian, and since that time it has grown into a favorite with locals and visitors while serving a varied menu of California-based dishes. The establishment has tasty entrees all round, but there is a particular emphasis on great burgers, salads and Mexican dishes. There is also breakfast on the weekends with dollar mimosas.
