Truffles, Champagne, luxurious desserts—sounds like a pretty clutch way to ring in the new year. On New Year's Eve, Craft is offering a three-course, prix-fixe menu with seatings at 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 to welcome in 2015. Choose salad, crab fritter or duck rillette for the first course, then pick from a mouth-watering spread for the main course: salmon, scallops, and ribeye are all being offered. Truffle sides include gnocchi, potato purée and risotto, while apple and pear confit and chocolate chestnut torte is available for dessert. The 9:30 seating includes a celebratory Champagne toast and party favors.
