Established in 1991, Prado Restaurant is dedicated to serving fine Caribbean cuisine to those in southern California in the historical Hancock Park area. Executive chef and owner, Javier Prado, has dedicated himself to providing an atmosphere and food that excites the senses. Patrons can enjoy the ambiance provided by the pastel, 18th century painted ceilings while tasting culinary delights like the New Zealand lamb chops or the pollo negro. Prado also offers a variety of salads like the St. Lucia country salad and the Hawaiian fruit salad, as well as the traditional options like Caesar salad.
