Posing Toward the Gold: Regional Yoga Competition

Wrap your head around the California Regional USA Yoga Asana Competition at the Edward Roybal Learning Center Auditorium in Westlake. Statewide yogis will showcase their downward dogs and standing bows with five compulsory and two advanced postures for three categories of adult male, female and youth. Follow the competition to National USA Yoga Championship in March 2013 where the most limber and balanced athletes will stretch their abilities.
