Review
No matter which of the two central locations of Patagonia Artesanal you opt for (the other is at Toledo, 10), you'll find an enormous choice of flavours and that their creations are a mash-up of Argentinian and Italian know-how that Carlos Arribas brings to the table. Arribas has more than 30 years of experience in the field, and is widely recognised in Zarautz in the Basque Country, where he opened his own store. You can't miss the clear dedication both in the selection of raw materials and in each of the manufacturing processes. A fun bonus is you can see everything being made before you enjoy it.
