Memphis Brooks Museum says
Chinese Connection Dub Embassy, Neosoulville, Amurica, Memphis Urban League Young Professionals (MULYP), Boom Project Beat Clinic Waiting Room and more announce the ALL ACCESS party for This Light of Ours and Artists/Activists! WAll Access is an invitation for attendees 21+ to play, create and connect with museum spaces. Robinson, and Siphne Sylve, the Brooks’ public programs department, Memphis Urban League Young Professionals, ThinkBlk, Amurica, Beat Clinic, and Neosoulsville will combine multiple creative practices—including art-making, music, film, photography, and a gallery talk by Frank D. Robinson Jr.—staged throughout the entire museum to provide intentionally designed opportunities for strangers to interact.

We’ll be hosting a very special edition of The Word with Chinese Connection Dub Embassy in The Brushmark, which will be open with a cash bar and an à la carte menu. Watch the Traxploitation Beat Battle, pose for a Kehinde Wiley-esque photo portrait, dance to the sounds of DJ Red Eye, explore the museum, and participate in art-making activities galore!

Cash bar. Must be 21+ to attend.

Advance tickets: $12/$7 Brooks and MULYP members. Advance ticket sales close at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, April 15.

At the door: $15/$10 Brooks and MULYP members.
