Hula hoops are fitness famous for their ability to tone the core, but they can also be used for a full-body workout. The best part? It's FUN! We've got a unique-to-Memphis offering designed by resident hoop teacher Stephanie Juneau -- and you need no experience in hula hooping to jump right in.

The workshop will include stretching, fun cardio warm-ups to get the body moving, and interval stations that will focus on specific muscle groups in the core, the legs, and the arms. Hula hoops will accompany the entire class as your fitness tool and partner! This class is also perfect for current hoopers looking to build strength and refine skills.

Get inspired and have fun while working out. There is no other way to do it!

*Please sign up in advance to reserve your space. Drop-ins are welcome if space allows.
*Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes.
*Bring along a water bottle to stay hydrated
