New Memphis says
In Memphis, we’re investing smart — and big.

New Memphis’ Celebrate What’s Right luncheon series, generously sponsored by the First Tennessee Foundation, shines a light on progress and success in our community, including the recent and planned big investments in Memphis.

Join us on May 10 to be a part of the discussion on local large scale projects and their potential to shape our city for the better. With billions of dollars currently invested in major recreational, medical, industrial, retail, educational, tourism, and lifestyle-oriented projects, it is clear Memphis is a city on the rise. These projects have the opportunity to significantly impact Memphis’ livability and are, in many ways, a hallmark of this pivotal time in the city’s history. As we near Memphis’ Bicentennial, these investments are a vote of confidence for our city’s future.

Andy Cates, CEO of RVC Outdoor Destinations, will give a presentation summarizing and cataloging some of these big investments and will then moderate a panel conversation with:

Chase Carlisle, Real Estate and Development at Carlisle Corporation

Anna Holtzclaw, Director at ULI Memphis

Tommy Pacello, Special Project Manager for U3 Advisors

Terence Patterson, President of Downtown Memphis Commission

Rick Shadyac, CEO at ALSAC
