Join us for a Cardio Hoop Workout with resident instructor Stephanie Juneau. She'll make you work. She'll make you sweat. And you'll have tons of fun! Hula hooping has innumerable benefits including calorie burning, strength building, and stress relieving.

The workshop will include stretching, fun cardio warm-ups to get the body moving, and interval stations that will focus on specific muscle groups in the core, the legs, and the arms. Hula hoops will accompany the entire class as your fitness tool and partner! This class is also perfect for current hoopers looking to build strength and refine skills.

*Please sign up in advance to reserve your space. Drop-ins are welcome if space allows.
*Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toed shoes.
