Livingstone says
Straight out of Paris, France.

Based on a solid structure made of rock and blues from Paris, France, Livingstone asserts themselves with ten both feverish and serene originals with their second album. Red hot compositions, such as “Fade Away”, “Crying in A River Of Gold”, “Grey Slave”, or the rough “Never Break”, that graze on the guitarist and singer Thomas Chazerain’s thorny riffs. They get thicker with the deep bass frequencies of a vintage Epiphone, Théophile Olivier’s bass and back vocals and under drummer Romain Hoffschir’s heavy kicks. Directed by Andrew Lyden, recorded with the guitarist Tiwayo as a guest, the album mixes many influences, such as 70’s rock, some blues a touch of Americana, and some Black Keys influences too.

Groove to Livingstone at Huey's Midtown on Sunday afternoon, May 22nd.
