Mid-South Book Festival says
Kids love to meet the authors of their favorite books, and authors love to introduce new books to kids. This is the perfect opportunity to do both!

A kid-lit crew will present a hands-on "exquisite corpse" activity and book-related fun for participants. The exquisite corpse is an inspired generative art activity that requires participants to add to another artist's existing creation...without seeing what has already been made.

Kids will end up with life size-monsters with surprising attributes. While the books cater to kids from 5th to 8th grade, all ages are welcome at this fun session! (Adults, trust us when we say you'll get a kick out of participating, too!)

This event is free and open to the public as part of the Mid-South Book Festival.
