Come get your swole on and participate in a Memorial day workout to honor our fallen warriors. We will be hosting our anual Murph workout and barbeque. The workout is named after Michael Murphy who was killed during Operation Red Wings and consitsts of:
1Mile run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, and 300 Squats followed by another 1 Mile run.
The workout can be done in teams or as an individual.
Afterward we will be having a pot luck barbeque and will be showing Lone Survivor (the film based on Operation Red Wings). Come get your fitness on in honor of those who have fallen in the line of duty.
