Memphis Daily News says
From the newly renovated and expanded Shelby Farms Park - a 4.500-acre behemoth that dwarfs Central Park - and its 11-mile Greenline project connecting its bike paths from Cordova to Midtown to the Wolf River and its new Greenway project connecting its trails from Germantown to Downtown Memphis to the soon-to-open Big River Crossing - the longest public pedestrian bridge across the Mississippi River - there’s a greening of the Mid-South taking place that has no peer nationwide.

Join an expert panel discussion of what the future holds for the Mid-South as we continue building an intricate network of pedestrian paths, bike lanes and green spaces spanning three states, four counties and numerous municipalities.

Featuring Jen Andrews (Shelby Farms Park Conservancy), Keith Cole (Wolf River Conservancy), Doug Carpenter (DCA, Explore Bike Share), John Zeanah (Memphis & Shelby County Division of Planning & Development), Tina Sullivan (Overton Park)
