The Sisters Sweet. Jeffery Jordan. Savannah Long. Saturday, Sept. 5 says
The Sisters Sweet is a trio of sirens that sing and play original works by Candy Lee, who has written and recorded two albums, "The Gate" and "Human Conditions.". Gorgeous three part harmonies create a sound that is sensual and powerful, yet honest and tender. They are Candy Lee, vocals, guitar, Jennifer Parker vocals, upright bass, and Emily Rowland, vocals and percussion.

Though they’re not afraid to share their softer side, these ladies also know how to get down. Rooted in the earthiness of folk, The Sisters Sweet keep it fresh by merging in-vogue indie influences with throwback moods of funk and blues, with jazz inspired vocal stylings reminiscent of Billie Holiday and The Andrews Sisters. Their lyrics are thought provoking and passionate, bringing into question the forms of our shared human condition, and evoking visions of a more harmonious reality.

The Sisters Sweet sing the siren song that dances on the water, echoes on the wind, and enchants your ear drums. The sound of the Sisters' three part harmonies charms and delights, but beware! Their vibrations have been known to melt the hearts, minds, and even faces of those who have basked in their resonance for too long.

JEFFERY JORDAN is a county singer/songwriter based out of Memphis, TN. As a high school senior, he sold his truck in order to buy a Taylor guitar, and set up a small scale recoding studio in his room. Jeffery began recording simple demos of his original songs to show to his friends, advertise at shows, and share on social media.

Following Jeffery’s graduation from high school in 2013, the University of Memphis School of Music offered Jeffery a full ride to the University for his acceptance to the schools pop music group, Sound Fuzion.

In January of 2014 Jeffery began working with engineer John Dollahite at The Grove Recording Studio. He released his first single on iTunes: a cover of the popular country song “Heart of Dixie.” In February, Jeffery released a second single, “Light Me Up,” a song by Hunter Hayes. On March 18th, Jeffery released the “Dose of a Simple Life” EP, containing three of his original songs.
