You may have seen Hood by Air on the streets, maybe you’ve even worn the inimitably cool streetwear brand by Shayne Oliver, but have you experienced it?

This Friday, Miamians will take a deep dive into the world of HBA at MoMA PS1’s annual Art Basel event, where the brand will unveil its latest collaboration with South African photographer Pieter Hugo. The collection, a series of shirts inspired by the duo’s 2016 book of photography, PH & HBA, features seven unique tees emblazoned with Hugo’s photographs and sleeves that read “Galvanize Jamaica.”

In addition to giving guests the first glimpse of all seven tops designed by Oliver, the event, sponsored by Stella Artois, will include performances and DJ sets from members of the Hood by Air collective. Brooklyn R&B singer Ian Isiah will MC while DJ Total Freedom (who regularly plays HBA runway shows), Wavy Spice and Grace Dunham share spinning duties.

Fri Dec 2 at 9pm. Delano hotel. By invitation only.
