The seven times the 'Rough Night' trailer got Miami so wrong

Miami is making its way back to the big screen—but don't expect more Oscar glory.

This time, it's as the drug-filled hedonistic playground in the raunchy, R-rated comedy Rough Night. The film (think Weekend at Bernie's meets Heathers) stars Scarlett Johansson, Kate McKinnon, Jillian Bell, Ilana Glazer and Zoë Kravitz as five college best friends who reunite after 10 years for a debaucherous bachelorette weekend in Miami.

While we've only seen the trailer—in which you see the girls drink, dance, snort insane amounts of cocaine and accidentally kill a male stripper—we can already tell that filmmakers got Miami so totally wrong. Here are seven instances in less than three minutes of footage that will totally annoy locals.

Here are seven instances in less than three minutes of footage that will totally annoy locals.

1. When Ilana Glazer's character gets offered cocaine. No one offers you cocaine. You'll probably hear the person in the stall next to you doing it but shouldn't rudely invite yourself to join.

2. When they hire a male stripper. Miami women go to strip clubs. We don't invite them into our homes (that's just gross).

3. When Jillian Bell's character falls at the club at no one notices. If we see a drunk girl fall at a club, we WILL point and laugh.

4. When the girls hide the dead stripper's body. There's no way the rental house's chismosa housekeeper didn't give them up to the cops.

5. When Ilana Glazer's character wears a denim vest to the club. She'd never get into any club dressed like that.

6. When the girls use a selfie stick at the club. Good luck sneaking that thing in.

7. When you see the girls exit a cab. Wait, Miami has cabs?

Below is one of the film's trailers (more explicit versions are on the movie's Facebook page).

Check it out and try not to cringe when you remember your phone number starts with "305."
