Clothing for shoppers is required, however.

Miami’s wellness obsession is getting a new flagship destination in Brickell.

Later this spring, Nude Miami will open a 4,720-square-foot organic grocery store and café designed around what its founders describe as an “ingredient-first philosophy.” Created by entrepreneurs Charles Amine, Harry Miller and Sebastian Lezcano, the concept aims to blend grocery shopping with the kind of wellness-driven café culture that consumes our social media feeds.

Set to debut at 1100 Brickell Bay Drive, Nude Miami arrives as Brickell continues to evolve into a hub for luxury fitness studios, health-conscious dining, and boutique wellness brands. The store’s pitch is essentially that everything under its roof has been vetted.

According to the company, products sold at Nude Miami will be organic whenever possible and free from GMOs, seed oils, artificial colors and what the founders ambiguously refer to as “ambiguous additives.” Shelves will stock snacks, supplements, beverages, pantry staples and non-toxic personal care products, with an emphasis on brands not typically found in conventional grocery stores.

But the centerpiece may be the prepared foods program. Nude Miami says it will feature Miami’s first organic, seed-oil-free hot bar, serving rotating proteins, salads and sides alongside grab-and-go meals made with pasture-raised and responsibly sourced ingredients. The pay-by-the-pound setup is designed for busy, hungry shoppers looking for healthier lunch and dinner options without sacrificing convenience.

The café side of the business will offer made-to-order smoothies, coffee, matcha drinks with functional add-ons, cold-pressed juices bottled in glass and pastries sourced from local bakeries.

The opening also reflects the growing mainstream popularity of ingredient-conscious eating, particularly around seed oils and ultra-processed foods, a movement that has increasingly shaped restaurant menus, grocery retail and wellness culture nationwide.

Nude Miami’s founders say the Brickell outpost is only the beginning, with additional South Florida locations already in development. But regardless of the location, clothing is not only encouraged, it is also required. Don't take the name too literally, shoppers.
