Miami’s fine-dining restaurants swiftly pivoted to a dine-in model, with the exception of a few whose comeback we’ve been eagerly anticipating.

One we’re especially excited about is Makoto, Stephen Starr’s flashy Japanese restaurant that’s re-opening for takeout service this week. Starting Wednesday, April 15, diners can order the eater’s signature dishes from a limited menu, which is available for pick-up or delivery via DoorDash. Get the crave-able spicy tuna crispy rice, miso seabass, fried rice and assorted robata-grilled meats and vegetables to enjoy at home every day from noon to 8pm. Takeout orders should be placed by calling the restaurant (305-864-8600), while deliveries should be directed to the DoorDash app.

It’s the first time the Bal Harbour Shops restaurant has offered the option for takeout or delivery, an unprecedented move for the scene-y spot usually crawling with celebs and ladies who lunch. If you’ve ever worried about fitting in, here’s your shot to chow down from the comfort of your couch.
