Not to be outdone by Lincoln Road's new smattering of free stuff, Española Way is celebrating its new and improved streetscape with a series of weekly and monthly specials and free events. You’ll have options Wednesday through Saturday on the Miami Beach pedestrian street.
Things kick off with Cocktails Around the World Wednesday, during which nine different Española restaurants offer drink specials. Grab two-for-one cocktails and wine at Piccola Cucina, $20 beer buckets at Oh! Mexico and $6 sangria, mojitos and beer at Tapas y Tintos. Also on Wednesday, Hosteria Romana will host live opera from 7:30pm to 8:30pm.
Thursday is all about salsa with a free salsa show—dancers and all—outside Havana 1957, near Washington Avenue. If you miss that, stop by Tapas y Tinto for Flamenco Fridays. And Saturday will be free yoga day, with a class led by Synergy Yoga at 9:30am (bring your own mat or rent one for $2).
And finally, on Sunday, you can lay in bed and count all the money you saved by keeping that wallet securely tucked away in your pocket.
