We can always count on Pitbull to lighten the mood. Miami’s prodigal son comes through with the dance tracks we need to get hyped and the uplifting jams that keep us pushing forward.

His latest single, released today, takes his perseverant spirit to new, dance-y levels. The pandemic-inspired “I Believe That We Will Win” is part empowerment anthem and part fundraiser, with proceeds from all sales benefitting charities assisting in the fight against Covid-19 such as U.S. hunger-relief organization Feeding America and the Tony Robbins Foundation.

The song takes the famous sports chant and turns it into an uplifting two-minute tune reminding people that ‘it’s not how you fall/it’s how you get back up’ and that ‘what doesn’t kill us, makes us strong.’ Mr. 305, who’s known for peppering his songs with life mottos and messages of resilience, told Billboard he’s staying optimistic during the current crisis. “I always look at things like a blessing in disguise. I look at solutions and opportunities and, more than anything, I look at the message and the lesson,” says Pitbull.

For some, this might be mean a chance at stardom. The singer is inviting fans from around the world to submit clips of themselves singing parts of the song to be included in the single’s music video. Instructions for submissions are online at believeanthem2020.com, which also includes tips for recording yourself.

Looks like now might be the time to pull the trigger on the tripod and ring light you’ve been holding in your Amazing cart since this whole thing started.
