Upper Buena Vista, the rad microboutique development opening in the historic Buena Vista neighborhood this month, has just announced the eclectic mix of tenants that will fill its collection of tiny stores. All in all, the outdoor shopping village will comprise 20 retail concepts—four 250-square-foot spots and 16 larger, 500-square-foot spaces—and four food offerings. Here's a look at what you can expect when doors (finally!) open on February 15.

  • vista by Fratelli Milano: A sprawling, three-story Italian restaurant from the team behind Downtown's popular restaurant by the same name
  • Café Crème: An adorable coffee and juice bar from the people who brought you Buena Vista Deli down the street
  • Kraken Lab: This raw restaurant serves locally harvested produce
  • Amazonica: A casual spot serving Colombian street food and shaved ices
  • Contesta Rock Hair: An Italian salon with 13 locations around the world, including New York and Rome
  • Epoch Nail Bar & Beauty Lounge: A full service nail salon
  • Hibiscus – Creation Doree: A boutique dedicated to Haitian fashion, including handmade scavres
  • The House of Findings: This pop-up-turned-brick-and-mortar sells upcycled fashion and vintage items
