Local nonprofit Slow Food Miami—dedicated to furthering awareness of sustainable food practices and raising money for the Edible Garden Program—puts on its seventh annual farm-to-table feast with help from the city’s top restaurants. Taste bites from Snail of Approval honorees (voted on by the public), like Beaker & Gray and Glass & Vine, and sip kombucha and other slow drinks all while exploring the lush grounds of Miami Beach’s Palms Hotel.
