Casual café by day and glitzy 1920s-inspired brasserie by night, Commodore is bringing all the Art Deco vibes to downtown Montreal.

Located in the brand new Honeyrose Hotel, Commodore—the latest restaurant to open in a hotel downtown (we're still thinking about our next-level experience at Yama)—is a blend of laid-back luxury and elegance.

From the elevated French cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Gregory Faye (Maison Boulud, La Fabrique, L'Atelier Joël Robuchon and Hôtel Place d'Armes) to the dazzling Art Deco interior (designed in collaboration with Atelier Zébulon Perron), Commodore is bringing a next-level nostalgic experience to the Quartier des Spectacles downtown.

Get ready for striking terrazzo floors, lots of foliage, leather banquettes, and lots of 1920s timeless elegance.

When it comes to the menu, expect classic French favourites such as foie gras, onion soup, and salmon confit alongside unique dishes such as zucchini tartare and Quebec pâté-croûte.

Add signature cocktails, draft beers, and an extensive wine list featuring both international and local wines to the mix, and you’ve got a winning combination.

During the day, the adjacent Commodore café will do double duty as a casual café by day and a wine bar after the sun sets.
