Run by owner-bartender Nick Detrich, Cane & Table breathes new life into pre-Prohibition and tiki standbys that are divvied up into four categories: classic, adventurous, refreshing and heady. No matter which you choose from, the resulting glass (or possibly pineapple) arrives strong. Food also highlights the flavors of New Orleans and the Caribbeans—crispy venison boudin share the menu with rope vieja and rum-glazed ribs.
