Are you overworked and just need a break but can’t take that vacation you’ve been waiting for? Are you stressed out or overly tired and can’t seem to catch up even with a full night’s sleep? If you’ve answered “yes” to one or both of these questions, the “Practices in Self Care Course” is designed to teach and support busy people in adopting short, simple, proven self-care techniques you can integrate into your daily routine.

:: Learn self massage techniques that you can do in the comfort of your own home or office; in fifteen minutes or less
:: Practice effective gentle and restorative yoga postures to reduce and relieve physical and emotional tension
:: Learn and experience meditation practices to calm and soothe the mind
:: Explore core principles of healthy eating to increase energy


This workshop is perfect for both beginning and experienced yoga practitioners seeking some extra TLC.

Farah Gokturk’s holistic approach to self-care is informed by her experience, study and practice as a yoga teacher, thai yoga therapist, and health coach.
